Amber Crossfit fitness club

We are an official CrossFit gym located in Vilnius. Since 2016, we’ve been providing top-quality individual and group training. Our workouts follow world-class functional fitness standards, focusing on strength, endurance, and overall body balance.

The Amber CrossFit training program is designed to help each athlete reach their full potential. We believe that together, we can build a healthy, strong community united by a shared love for sport and an active lifestyle.

Workout

The Amber CrossFit training program is designed and constantly adapted to meet individual needs. Our gym offers classes and workshops for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Workouts at Amber CrossFit include weightlifting, gymnastics, bodyweight movements, and cardio. The right combination of these elements is the recipe to help you become stronger, fitter, and healthier.

Our dedicated coaching team is made up of highly qualified specialists in CrossFit, mobility, gymnastics, and weightlifting. What unites them is a shared passion for sport and a strong commitment to helping you reach your goals, learn proper movement, and live a healthier life.

We suggest arriving early so you have time to change and explore the gym. Training sessions start at the scheduled time and run for one hour.
