Amber CrossFit sports club is located in Naujamiestis, Vilnius. Our club offers group training sessions that are suitable for people of all abilities. In training, we use a special Level Method training program, which allows us to select the appropriate training difficulty and intensity according to each training participant. This ensures the effectiveness of training for each training participant. You can choose from more than 15 group training times per day.

What to expect
from the workouts?

Workout Plan

Each workout begins with a general and specific warm-up that the group performs together with the coach. After warming up, we review the movements needed for the main workout session. The core part of the training, known as WOD (Workout of the Day), varies each day. After the workout, we discuss athletes’ results and perform stretching exercises.

Movement Explanation

Each movement and exercise performed during the workout is explained in detail by the coaching trainer.
The technique of executing movements is very important to us. Only after demonstrating proper technique do we allow for an increase in workout intensity.

Progress

CrossFit workouts are based on numbers, which helps to easily track each athlete’s progress in training, movements, and nutrition. Twice a year, we conduct Level Method tests that assess each athlete’s capabilities and help us tailor their training program accordingly. By incorporating nutrition tracking as well, you will begin to see changes in your appearance and overall well-being.

Group sizes

To maintain the quality and effectiveness of group training, we must control the number of participants in each class. Every athlete is required to register for a class or OPEN GYM session. By monitoring registrations, we can adjust the group size accordingly.

Variety

In the Amber CrossFit group training schedule, you will find 10 different discipline workouts led by over 15 coaches.
Daily workouts, also known as WODs, vary each day and challenge athletes to extend their abilities through various movements, different intensities, and using a range of equipment.

Couches

All workouts are led by professional coaches who care about our members’ progress.
All trainers have completed CrossFit Level 1 or Level 2 courses and continually enhance their skills through various courses and workshops.

Many people associate CrossFit with very high-intensity training that only very capable athletes can handle.
Amber CrossFit workouts are intense, but the intensity isn’t the same for everyone in the workout.
The Level Method training program allows you to adjust the planned intensity according to the capacity of each group training participant.
No matter what level of fitness a person joins the training for, everyone will receive a weight or exercise variation tailored to them to get the stimulus planned in the workout.
For newcomers who have never done CrossFit or functional sports before, we have special beginner training sessions that will quickly and efficiently prepare you for Amber CrossFit group training. After these trainings, you will be able to exercise at any CrossFit sports club.
