What to expect
from the workouts?

Workout Plan

Each workout begins with a general and specific warm-up that the group completes together with the coach. After warming up, we review the movements needed for the main workout session. The core part of the training, called WOD (Workout of the Day), varies daily. After the workout, we discuss results and perform stretching exercises to aid recovery.

Movement Explanation

Every movement and exercise is explained in detail by the coach. We prioritize proper technique, and only after demonstrating correct form do we allow for an increase in intensity.

Progress

CrossFit workouts are driven by measurable numbers, making it easy to track each athlete’s progress in training, movements, and nutrition. Twice a year, we conduct Level Method tests to assess each athlete’s abilities and adjust their training program accordingly. By incorporating nutrition tracking, you’ll notice improvements in both your appearance and overall well-being.

Group sizes

To maintain the quality and effectiveness of our group training, we control the number of participants in each class. Every athlete is required to register for a class or OPEN GYM session. This allows us to monitor and adjust group sizes for optimal experience.

Variety

Our group training schedule offers 10 different workout disciplines led by over 15 experienced coaches. Daily WODs challenge athletes to extend their abilities through a variety of movements, intensities, and equipment.

Couches

All workouts are led by professional coaches dedicated to our members’ progress. Each coach has completed CrossFit Level 1 or Level 2 certifications and continually develops their skills through various courses and workshops.

Many people associate CrossFit with high-intensity training that only highly capable athletes can handle. While Amber CrossFit workouts are intense, the intensity is adapted to each individual.
The Level Method training program allows us to adjust the intensity according to each participant’s fitness level. No matter your starting point, you’ll receive personalized weight or exercise variations to ensure you get the right stimulus from the workout.
For newcomers who have never tried CrossFit or functional fitness before, we offer special beginner sessions designed to quickly and effectively prepare you for group training. After these sessions, you’ll be ready to train at any CrossFit gym.
