What to expect
from the workouts?

Workout Plan

Each session starts with a group warm-up—both general and specific—guided by a coach. After warming up, we review the required movements for the day’s main workout. The core of our training, the WOD (Workout of the Day), changes daily. Post-workout, we discuss results and perform stretching exercises to aid recovery.

Movement Explanation

Every movement is explained in detail by our coach. We focus on proper technique, and only when the correct form is demonstrated do we increase the intensity.

Progress

Our CrossFit workouts are built around measurable results, making it easy to track your progress in training, technique, and nutrition. Twice a year, we conduct assessments to gauge each athlete’s abilities and adjust their programs accordingly. With integrated nutrition tracking, you’ll see improvements in both performance and overall well-being.

Group sizes

To maintain the quality of our sessions, we carefully control the number of participants in each class. Athletes must register for a class or OPEN GYM session, allowing us to tailor group sizes for the best training experience.

Variety

Our daily schedule offers 10 different workout disciplines, led by over 15 experienced coaches. The varying WODs challenge athletes with diverse movements, intensities, and equipment, ensuring that you constantly push your limits.

Couches

All workouts are led by professional coaches dedicated to your progress. Each coach holds a CrossFit Level 1 or Level 2 certification and continuously enhances their skills through additional courses and workshops.
