It is a special training in the training cycle, which allows you to test the basic movements, access to the hall and inventory, group training course and the CrossFit methodology.

The main Amber CrossFit primer membership goal is to make a safer and smoother integration of new members into CrossFit workouts.

Basics
application

Amber CrossFit primer program consists of three personal workout, during which new members of the club are introduced to CrossFit sport methodology. Focus on becoming familiar with the basic CrossFit exercises and moves.

The remainder of the month member includes UNLIMITED membership. We encourage members to try out all of our available workouts: CrossFit, weightlifting, Strength and conditioning, Mobility or Hyrox.

After the Primer accession welcome member to setting Goals that session (GSS) and re-pasveriame body analysis scales.

For! Primer workout is designed for anyone wanting to join the CrossFit community. Amber CrossFit primer program is designed so that each member, independently from its sporting experience, can easily and effectively integrate into the Amber CrossFit workouts and community.

Personal training time derinsitės personally with a trainer. Amber CrossFit club staff are great and we have coaches working early in the morning, during the day or in the evening.
