THE MOBILITY WORKOUT

Mobility training to restore and maintain optimal muscle length, the full joint motion amplitudes. Whether after a cardio workout or fitness exercises and, maybe, weightlifting, mobility exercises is important to achieve a variety of objectives.

This low intensity class, which shall apply during the relaxing breathing techniques and properly selected movements and exercises which works as an active rest and recovery of the alternative.
