The onset of autumn, with children returning from summer holidays and cooler weather, has brought us indoors. Spending more time within the club’s walls calls for greater consideration of others, procedures, and common rules.
- Register for the class. If you can’t attend, cancel!
- Wear clean clothing, appropriate footwear, and bring water.
- Arrive 10–15 minutes before the workout.
- If you’re late, introduce yourself to the coach and join the class.
- Leave your outdoor shoes on the shoe rack by the door.
- Bring only the equipment needed for the workout into the training area and store it neatly.
- Take care of yourself and others.
- SKET (Indoor Traffic Rules).
- Do not drop the barbell unnecessarily!
- It is prohibited to drop an empty barbell!
- Do not drop the barbell with plastic or 5kg plates!
- Respect the equipment!
- Respect the coach and don’t be afraid to ask questions!
- Don’t clean up your workout station without the coach’s permission.
- Support and encourage other class members.
- Wipe down the equipment you used and return it to its place.
- If you achieve a personal best, don’t forget to ring the bell!
- During adult training sessions, children can wait for their parents only in the rest area.
